 2 (col. 6-12) - Number and Name of the Origin Satellite (idem);
 3 (col.13-24) - Date (Year (13-18), Month (19-21), Day (22-24) )
                 of the observation;
 4 (col.25-37) - Time (Hours (25-28), Minutes (29-31), Seconds (32-37) )
                 of the observation (UTC);
 5 (col.38-46) - DELTA alpha (");
 6 (col.47-51) - O-C (DELTA(alpha));
 7 (col.52-59) - DELTA delta (");
 8 (col.60-64) - O-C (DELTA(delta));
 9 (col.65-70) - Signal to Noise ratio;
10 (col.71-76) - Integration time (seconds);
11 (col.77-81) - Dispersion for DELTA(alpha);
