The name of the file provides the date of the event. The code
of the observing site in given in the paper

Each file contains the photometric measures corresponding
to one event of the Uranian moons occurred in 2007.

Each file has three columns:
1. Time counted from 0 h of the day of observation in minutes in UTC time scale
2. Observed flux normalized
3. Modeled flux after fitting the parameters.
