Fournit le contenu d'un fichier .radx en ASCII au format CSV, incluant les donnees de vitesse radiale si existantes dans le fichier GRAPPA_RV.data.
Gives content of a .radx file in ASCII .csv format, including radial velocity data when exist in the GRAPPA_RV.data file

GRAPPA_RV file has to be stored in the same directory than the RAX2DSV2 tool.
