Reference for the Mariner 9 Ranging Observations


The original source of the Mariner 9 normal points may be
lost; possibly, it is in the hands of either Eunice Lau or
John Anderson, both at JPL.

To the best of my knowledge, the observations on this file
have been corrected for the delay of the solar corona using
the formulation and parameter values given for DE118 by
