1982TA/

This directory give informations and datas useless for the campaign
of astronomical observations of the asteroid (4197) 1982TA. You will
find ephemerides, celestial charts, predictions of stellar
occultations and closes approaches, images, ... available for
          observations during october 1996.

          The goals are :
             * to mesure astrometric positions of 1982TA to improve its orbit.
             * to mesure the asteroid Earth distance by triangulation between 3
places (france - canada - iles de la reunion).
             * to improve stellar occultation predictions for this asteroid.

                   Remark :
The solution proposed to improve the ephemeris of 1982TA for
the time of this campaign are values to add to the r.a. and
dec. in the frame defined by the Earth's mean equator and
equinox of the reference epoch (J2000.0).
                     Those corrections are : d(r.a.) = 0.0078" +/- 0.0331"
                                             d(dec.) = 0.5120" +/- 0.3669"
