The tables of rising and setting of the planets are given for latitudes between 30 and 60 degrees on the Ephemeris Meridian. At the times for rising and setting, the upper limb of the planets is on the horizon of an observer at sea-leval with an atmospheric refraction of 34 arcseconds. In the tables, the topic "double" indicates phenomenom occurs twice in the day (close by 0h ans 24h). SOURCE : The ephemeris of the planets are computed with the planetary theory VSOP87 : Bretagnon P., Francou G. Astron. Astrophys. 202, 309 (1988). The generic name of the files is "NAME.YAA" where NAME is the name of the planet and AA the number of the year in the century. Example : JUPITER.Y01 for the ephemeris file of Jupiter in 2001.
