phenpc.exe  : contains a set of files and a PC software named 
              phemu97.exe
              which could be used for filtering and computations of
              local conditions for each phenomenon.

phendat.exe : contains the rough ascii files of data with the whole set of
              predictions of phenomena and mutual phenomena.Once the files
              are uncompressed on a PC they can be used on any computer.
